MHHC offers a safe harbor 401K and Roth Plan. Employees who contribute at least 3% of their
annual gross wages per pay period, will receive the companies highest match of 3% Employees can contribute as much as they would like within the IRS annual limits , but the match will remain at 3%, if 3% or more is contributed.

Employee Deferral and Match Formula (3% is the highest MHHC will match)

  • 1% – 1%
  • 2% – 2%
  • 3% or greater – 3%

 

Full Time Employees become eligible for 401(k) 90 days after employment. Enrollees must be 21 years or older to enroll.

Eight (8) paid holidays are given to all full-time employees, pursuant to the employee handbook. (No probation period). Holidays are only paid to you if they fall on your normally scheduled working day.
Paid Time Off- Full time employees accrue up to 31 days off per year after 90 days of employment.
 
Exempt employees under a contract will refer to their contract for PTO benefits. 
Bi-weekly, direct deposit (26 payrolls per year). Pay day is every other Friday. Pay periods start on Tuesday and end on Wednesday consecutively for two weeks.
